I was spoiled rotten this year for Mother's Day! I woke up to a delicious breakfast of all of my favorite things (bacon included!) and Cole didn't even have to leave early for church! That was the biggest treat of them all! He was able to help me get the kids ready for church, and I was reminded just how much easier things are with 2 adults! :)

| This is me being TOTALLY surprised by the breakfast! :) |

I love being a mother. I have had some rough times for the past little while as a mother, but I am so grateful for this wonderful chance to be entrusted with 4 of Heavenly Father's precious children. What a sobering, humbling responsibility! I love them. They are SO hard sometimes, and naughty sometimes too, but I love them more than anything in this whole world. I am constantly reminded about how special they are, and what wonderful blessings they are to me. Each of their personalities is so different, and it is so much fun getting to know them all a little bit better each day. I love their energy, their zest for life, their happiness, their sadness, their tears, their troubles, their sorrows and pains, their eagerness to learn- I love it all! Being a mother is most often a very thankless job- as most mothers know- but it is the times when you get an extra snuggle, an unsolicited kiss/hug, a praise, some extra excitement, etc. that I remember how truly blessed that I am, and that every hard second, every easy second for that matter!- is completely worth it. I love my children, and am so grateful to have them in my life. I also love my sweetheart for making me a mother as well! Thanks Guys ! I LOVE mother's day! I didnt' even have to do the dishes! I really don't ever anyways, because Cole is so good to me- but it was nice to know it was for a reason today. :) Happy Mother's Day!
