Happy Easters...

Easter was great this year.  The kids REALLY like holidays- probably because I really like holidays.  That's how it works isn't it?  Things have been so crazy around here lately that I really didn't do tons of Easter stuff this year.  We didn't even dye easter eggs!  What's that all about?!  We opted to talk to Grandma B and Grandpa Dick on the skype instead of do that. :)  We also had soccer games, and other things to do on Saturday before Easter, so that just went by the wayside!  No biggie...Payton just ate all the eggs anyways!  That kid is like Gaston from Beauty and the Beast!  He can eat eggs like it's his job!  Sheesh!  He's like his mama. :)  But anyways...we had a great day, and it was nice to teach the kids a little bit more about why we celebrate Easter.  It's cute when they say their prayers we can really tell if they understand stuff or not- because they explain things in great detail!  Love it!  Here's some photographic evidence of this lovely holiday!
Easter Nap!

We had a fun traditional Easter egg hunt at our friends the Easts home (I think it's been 2 or 3 years we've done this!) and it was so fun!  The kids loved it, and of course, it was SO nice to chat with all of our dear friends.

The LOOT!!!  Booyeah!  Oh, and the boys dressed themselves. They are majorly into that lately.  Today they were "Black Ninjas".  They were so proud of themselves for the outfits they chose!  Love those cuties.

Morgan may or may not have eaten her body weight in candy over Easter.  She LOVES the cannies!

We have a very special Easter Bunny (insert Debbie Lands) and she brought the best gift of all apparently- Look at this face!  I've really never seen him so excited!  It was so darling.  What a stud.

Sweet face....naughty- as she had just kiefed that egg from the kitchen table- but cute and sweet!

The tiny brother in his Easter Duds!

This is how Stockton enjoyed our Easter Egg Hunt!  Our Easter Bunny was SO nice, and kindly came while we were at church!  Actually, he didn't even have time to come during church, so he made it to our house while we were inside distracting the kids.  You do what ya gotta do eh?!

Apparently, my kids like to watch movies.  can you tell??

Handsome dudes!

I think this picture is SO cool!  Notice the egg that Payton accidentally knocked off the monkey bars as he was trying to fetch it from the top!  So cool!

I've got some pretty dang cute kids- you know it!  This was even AFTER church (and much persuasion to put BACK on their easter clothes!  Sorry dudes- whatever it takes for a pic!

I love to see the Temple!

We were able to have a wonderful General Conference weekend! It is always so nice to be able to rejuvenate and recharge my batteries with the wonderful words from our prophet and his apostles!  It was SUPER nice to be able to have Cole home the whole weekend!  Woot Woot!  I loved it, and so did he. :)  He loves to be able to have a Sunday where he doesn't do much!  That isn't gonna happen for a while now, so it was nice for him to be able to just relax and focus on himself and his family.  Anywho....it was lovely to listen to conference!
After, we were able to take a jaunt down to the Denver Temple and have a walk around!  It was wonderful.  The weather was superb, and the kids were not too grouchy!  Always a plus!  Love the new camera, so take a gander at some of the pics.  We are still learning how to take pictures!  I need a lesson BAD!
A sweet sister in our ward brought us dinner, and all sorts of goodies! Morgan was the designated bag holder...after quite the tantrum to become so! Yikes!

Look at Cole and Link...they even SIT the same!  Twins!~ Payton just woke up...if you couldn't tell.  :)

Link loves his legos!

SPRING BREAK!!

Like I said in an earlier post, we have just been hangin for Spring Break this year because Stockton is too little to go anywhere, and I am still healing!  We toyed with the idea of heading to Utah to watch conference and see the fam, but decided not to because I REALLY don't want the tiny brother to get sick!  We'll wait for another 3 weeks when we head to Utah!  Yahoo! Grandma B is almost here!  Can't wait to see her!  Anyways....back to now.  We had a fun day today!  We went to the park yesterday, and it really made me pretty tired- so we decided today was a great day for staying in.  We had a picnic outside, and the kids got some new sand toys!  It was a great day.  I really like this spring break stuff, and can't wait for summer to be here!
See this cute face?  Yeah...dont' be fooled!
This is her new favorite thing to do while I am nursing!  I don't know where she keeps finding all of these writing utinsels, but she certainly has done a NUMBER on all of our walls!  Sneaking little sneak!
Playing out back in the sandbox...
Superhero Style!

We're all about letting the boys dress themselves for Spring Break apparently.  Lincoln was going to for superman- all the way down to his boots!  And Payton was doing the same but with Batman.

Action shot!

Here was our fun picnic!  Shortly after this- I rushed outside to Morgan screaming only to find that Payton was spraying her in the face with our high powered hose adapter.  Awesome.
Stockton was there too! Can you spot him in his teeny tiny tent?!

First Park Outing

I was desperate to get out of the house one day, so after being forced to pick up Lincoln from school last friday (I was dumb and neglected to ask someone to pick him up!  My bad!) we headed to Observatory Park for a much needed respite from our house!  Cabin fever to the MAX!  We stayed for like 2 1/2 hours!  The kids had so much fun.  I'll admit- I was HAMMERED after the park- but it was so worth it for the kids to be able to have some time to run! Have I mentioned I REALLY like my new camera?!  Just sayin...

Ummm....did you think he was getting ready to go to Jr. High?!  Sheesh...he looks so old!
This is what Stockton did the whole time.  Angel baby I tell you!

Payton is very much so into weapons...and dressing himself apparently!  It was like 80 degrees outside!

Lincoln also started soccer and he LOVES it!  It's so fun to watch him do something he loves to do so much!  He is getting quite good too- and he is proud because he is the SECOND fastest on his team. :)
